Small organisations often have informal systems. Other groups may have secretarial services that haven't managed to keep up with electronic tools for managing membership.

To move your election online, you will need to know exactly who is entitled to vote; plus have their email and mobile phone details. That may mean cleaning up your membership database, or establishing one from scratch. Both options could be a major or a minor job. If it looks too overwhelming, we can help.

It's a paperless system. Candidates and their nominators can do everything online, including uploading a photo and candidate statement and signing off permissions. Confirmation happens in real time.

Confirmed nominations are relayed to your election liaison person in real time. We can also export candidate statements for your communications to your community.

Voting takes place through a portal that can only be accessed by people with secure credentials: a code arrives via their email / a password txt goes to their mobile phone. That's called two-factor authentication. It's easy.
